Welcome
Our team of master builders can build anything and they have the years of experience necessary to do it properly. The word artisan gets used a lot these days but it accurately applies to Corble Builders. The projects taken on by our team are done by hand and with great attention to detail, structural requirements, and the aesthetic principles of design associated with the particular architectural style. Simply put, we build things right, very well, and with an artistic touch.

Corble Builders focus is on craftsmanship, quality and exceeding our clients expectations
At Corble Builders, in Petoskey, Michigan, we understand that remodeling projects can be challenging. We work to accommodate the homeowner's schedule and needs while we are changing the home in which they are currently living. The remodeling process is not always as cut and dried as new construction since building practices have changed over the years. What was acceptable 50 years ago may not be today. We work very closely with our homeowners, suppliers, and inspectors to make sure that, if we run into situations, they are resolved quickly and efficiently, and with the homeownerâs best interests in mind.

Pat Howard, long time Corble Builders team member went to the National and International Snowshoe Championships. We are excited to say that Pat finished 1st in all three events in his age group. His training, hard work and dedication paid off. Imagine running a 10k on snowshoes, not an easy endeavor. Congratulations Pat, well done.
We started this build on a very cold snowy December day. Here is how it looks this snowy December

Smells of cut lumber and the buzz of saws, a job site deep in winter. But itâs easy to imagine how different this view will feel when the houses are finished and summer arrives. Instead of a white sheet of ice, the lake will shimmer blue. From the completed deck or living-room and kitchen windows, youâll see sunlight dancing on open water, hear the soft lap of waves instead of the hum of construction. The quiet beauty thatâs now locked under winter will bloom. A landscape that will make every moment in the finished homes feel like a reward for building through the cold.
